This photo was taken on Jersey Avenue and looks out on the border of Downtown Jersey City and Liberty State Park. Many residents bike and walk to Liberty State Park via a small bridge. I used to live in Park Slope and Brooklyn Heights, but Downtown Jersey City has many more distinct attributes. Liberty State Park is a definite highlight. The marina is within easy walking distance. I bike 11 miles quite frequently through the park. Trains and ferry service offer easy commutes to downtown and midtown Manhattan. Please look at my real estate calculators, mortgage calculators, and business plan calculators. I spent a significant amount of time programming them and displaying them for your use.
